Anders Christen Obel

President of the Council

CEO at C.W. Obel A/S, C.W. Obel Holding Komplementar ApS and Anders Christen Obel ApS, and professional member of supervisory boards. Former Vice CEO at C.W. Obel A/S, Vice President at Gemini Consulting/Cap Gemini and employee of Hambros Bank Plc.


He specialises in real estate and land investments, general management of industrial companies and corporate finance. He has experience working with listed companies. Graduate of Copenhagen Business School, majoring in Economics and Business Administration (BSc).

Niels Rauff Hansen

Vice-President of the Council

Farmer, pig producer and CEO at Rauff Group A/S, Sjørup Svinefarm (together with 2 subsidiaries), Søvang Svineproduktion A/S, Søvang Gods A/S and Global Farming ApS.

He specialises in international management in agriculture and pig farming, as well as agricultural investment in Eastern Europe. He received his agricultural education at Asmildkloster Agricultural College.

Leif Bergvall Hansen

Member of the Council

Chairman at Kassoe Housing. Previously CEO at Scandi Standard AB, Bisca A/S, Findus A/S, Nestlé and ESS-FOOD.


Specialises in sales, marketing and brand building in the food sector, as well as in strategic business transformation, including IPOs, acquisitions and management of international companies. Member of the supervisory boards of Danpo A/S, Farmfood A/S and Iconovo AB.

Asger Pedersen

Member of the Council

Farmer, pig producer until 2024, Managing Director at Varde Elitesport ApS.

He specialises in international management in agriculture and pig farming, as well as international agricultural investments and board work. He received his agricultural education at Ladelund Landbrugsskole.

Niels Jørgen Villesen

Member of the Council

COO/CFO at KMC a.m.b.a.

He specialises in meat processing, abattoir management, financial management, strategy development and implementation, recovery processes (turnarounds) and board work. He holds a master's degree in accounting and financial management from the Aarhus School of Business. He also did his MBA at San Francisco State University.
